A. In a glass, definitely. First, you can drink draught beer (from the tap) in a glass too. But I think it's better to decant bottled beer, in order to remove sediment (from beers which have some), and most importantly appreciate the bouquet. Sounds wanky, but if you really like the beer in question - and this can be *any* beer - maybe you really like cheap domestics, sometimes we all do! - drinking from a glass allows you to get a good whiff of the aroma and appreciate it much better. Some beers (e.g. wheat beers) you'd *only* drink from a glass. And which glass you choose will suit the beer in question. Some will need to retain the chill (i.e. for lagers, pilsners), Other beers do better a little warmer, so can be more open and… [cont.]
