When I exercise for a certain amount of time my feet start tingling?
Q. Last night I was only on the elliptical for 20 minutes but my feet starting tingling (the pins and needles tingles) after like 12 minutes? It also happened again when I used the stationary bike for about 20 minutes, is something wrong???

A. There could be a problem with your circulation or you may need to work up to the amount by starting with about 5 to 10 minutes on the elleptical or bike and slowly working up to 20 and see if things improve. If they are still tingling after only 5 to 10 minutes, I'd see a doctor and consult him/her.

A. It sounds like you have diabetes and the only thing that will stop the tingling is to get treated and to stop eating so much sugar, as for what counteracts sugar I don't think anything does but drink lots of water And do try Stevia it's all natural and doesn't cause cancer or contain sugar

Why does my entire body have cold tingling out of nowhere?
Q. I have been suffering this for almost two weeks now. The tingling just only happens in one spot on different areas, first I thought it was stress, then it wouldn't go away. I went to my doctor a few days ago, they say it was dehydration, but I drank mostly water the past few days and it still won't go away. Can somebody tell me what's going on?

A. Do you take cold water/drinks or shower at night/right after physical activity? It may cause your body to feel cold. Take warm water and hot showers- it may help to relief the condition. You may want to try salt water detox.
